Learning Areas
Library
Our Library is a vibrant, cheerful and safe place where staff, students and the community are always welcomed and assisted.
The Library is open every school day from 8.00am to 4.00 pm.
Homework club operates weekly on Wednesday afternoon between 3.00pm and 4.15pm. It is open to all students and provides the opportunity to do homework or study in a friendly and supportive setting.
We have flexible learning spaces, traditional class facilities, a quiet reading zone, creative corner and inspiring collaboration areas.
The Library has a web-based system that enables 24/7 access to the library catalogue, reliable internet sites related to the curriculum and World Book Online.
A Teacher Librarian works with classes and individual students to engage them in reading, viewing and listening for understanding and enjoyment. They also plan, teach and evaluate collaboratively with teachers to ensure the effective integration of information resources and technologies into student learning.
